We made Charlotte a little house out of a diaper box. We’ve since decorated it with some stickers and a few pictures cut out of catalogs. Charlotte directed me to put the lamp picture on the inside, and the rug picture on the floor. And we put some streamers on it for Brian’s birthday last week.
Charlotte and I went strawberry picking yesterday. It was fun and Charlotte ate a ton of strawberries. She ate the first few with the stems and all, but I showed her how to pull off the leaves before she ate them. By the time we were finished she had strawberry juice all over her, and she was really dirty from stepping in mud puddles. There were some animals at the farm too which was a lot of fun.

Charlotte has a new elephant watering can. She loved to help water plants before but now it’s extra exciting, plus it’s great for making mud.
I started taking this video when Charlotte realized that her shell pasta would stick on the ends of her fingers, and she really turned on the dramatic timing.
Charlotte really likes playing on the couch. We used to bounce her in our laps and sing these songs but now she likes doing the bouncing and falling by herself on the couch.
Charlotte was then very concerned when the dump truck drove away.
Charlotte is really interested in construction equipment. There was a dump truck across the street from our house one day last week and she was keeping a close eye on things.
Playing with the pots and pans never gets old.
Charlotte kept taking off these shoes yesterday. She also was very concerned about the smoothie stain on her tights. At the end she does the sign for “all done.”
